"After making the "After darkness, light" trilogy I entered a collaboration with poet Nils Lundkvist and recorded music based on his poems. He spoke and I composed, a very new way for me to approach music but the results were great. These songs were first created for this purpose but seam to be needing their own life as well. "Happiness" contains most of these tracks, exploring the process of finding happiness in the simplicity of life. Happiness in waking up to a new day, in the love to a partner, in the secret life with the Spirit, in the revelation that God has the ability to make all things new. So join in exploring happiness in the everyday moments; simple, slow, quiet and warm -a sound that I've tried to create on this record"
